For participants, special room rates below will be offered. If you want to make a reservation at the special rates, download and complete Reservation Request Form, 
and send it to the Novotel Ambassador Busan via Fax (+82-51-741-8120) or e-mail (rsvn@novotelbusan.com), no later than October 2nd, 2017. 
Rooms will be reserved on a first come first served basis. Note that the special rates are valid only when the reservation is made in this way and hotel may release any 
rooms not used in the room block for general sale after October 2nd, 2017.
